Our Policy for Delivery, Cancellation and Refund will be as follows:


Once the payment has been done, you will receive confirmation of the payment via SMS and Email within 24 hours. Receipts for payment include the amount and the details of the service. In case you do not receive the confirmation within the mentioned timeframe please contact our customer care for further action.

We deliver our service in the shortest time possible.

The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer:

  • Dubai – 1-2 Days
  • Other Emirates – 1-2 days (If providing services)

In the event where you require the laundry within a day or two, which will not be possible in the case of different laundry type, we will not execute the service and will provide the refund.

Once the service of washing and dry cleaning is completed, we will not refund any amount for the service already done.

In case there are clothes which are prone to colour fade and damages and hence cannot be processed, we will provide partial or complete refund for the clothes which cannot be serviced.

Cancellation is not possible for laundry which has been picked.

Partial or complete refund for the laundry which are picked but cannot be processed will be provided.

In case we fail to deliver the laundry on the agreed time, we will refund partial amount as per the demands of the situation.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed
